A professional business educator, Alice is the author of McGraw-Hill’s A Trainer’s Resource Manual, Business and Legal Reports’ How to Write Winning HR Proposals, and an e-learning program on English grammar. Because she has also written the full gamut of business documents for clients, she is attuned to a wide range of business needs.
