Alice earned her doctorate in English from the University of Connecticut. A professional business educator, Alice is the author of McGraw-Hill’s A Trainer’s Resource Manual, Business and Legal Reports’ How to Write Winning HR Proposals, and an e-learning program on English grammar. Because she has also written the full gamut of business documents for clients, she is attuned to a wide range of business needs.  

Alice’s perspective is practical and her facilitation style is engaging. A former singer, actress, and playwright, she is a dynamic presenter who combines high-content material with light-hearted delivery. She creates a comfortable atmosphere that reduces the stress often associated with business communication.
