Membership at-a-Glance – 3 Simple Steps

NSA-CT will provide professional relationships, strategies, and tools to expand your speaking business, whether you are a seasoned professional or starting one.

1. Select your category and engage with NSA-CT in one of four ways:

  • Member – You are a Professional Speaker, Building a Lucrative Business: To join NSA-CT as a Member, you must first be a Member of the National Speakers Association, either as an Essential Member or Advanced Member, and current with National annual dues. You are eligible for a Leadership Position on our NSA-CT Board of Directors.
  • Associate – You are an Aspiring Professional Speaker: By joining NSA-CT as an Associate Member, you are eligible for a Committee position.
  • Speaker Academy – You are an Aspiring Speaker – Starting Your Business:  You are invited to join an unsurpassed community of your peers from all walks of life. Like you, they are ready to create a successful speaking business, and the academy will lead the way.
  • Affiliate/Sponsor – You are a Service Provider to Reach Successful Speakers: Soon, we will be offering this opportunity to those who provide support services to professional members, represent speaker bureaus, or offer goods and services to the speaker community. The benefits include regularly scheduled chapter meetings, participation in NSA-CT social media groups, and the inclusion of a logo (if applicable) on social media sites. We value the support of our bureau and affiliate colleagues. (Not yet available, inquire if interested).

2. Your fee is:

  • Member – $140 annually for members. You are listed on the registry as a Member of the National Speakers Association. $40 for in-person meetings to include a seated dinner or buffet breakfast. (If virtual, no charge for members)
  • Associate Member – $230 annually and $40 for in-person meetings, including a seated dinner or buffet breakfast. (If virtual, no charge for members)
  • Speaker Academy Member – Early Bird Special $999 until December 1, 2022. $1200 until February 1, 2023. $1500 February 1, 2023. Start (date TBD) Your Academy membership will be extended until June 2024. Yes, you read it right. HUGE savings! $40 for in-person meetings to include seated dinner
  • Affiliate/Sponsor – Opportunity coming soon
